Community Cartographer

My cartographic journey has been built upon my diverse life experiences. I have studied Education and Child Development, US History and ancient Rome, Environmental Science and Permaculture, and now Cartography.

In my life I have seen many ways to live life, both simple and complex, throughout the United States, South Korea, and Japan.

My cartographic journey has been one of discovery and problem solving with a blend of art, technology, and social science.

In my cartography, I draw upon an inner desire to answer the “why’s” and “how’s” of the world around me. I am inspired by urban communities that have their own distinctive character, neighborhood by neighborhood.

Urban living is the way of the future and it is my goal to understand and enhance the communities I live in by connecting with my neighborhood through GIS and community outreach.
